Forlan defends Cavani by suggesting Alves is 'Neymar's b***h'

There has to be respect. With the additions of Neymar and Kylian Mbappe, the Uruguayan has been forced from the spotlight at Parc des Princes. And, at age 30, he can offer experience and skill to the team while not clogging up the forward line for players like Tammy Abraham moving forward.

Cavani was determined to take the penalty against Lyon, which he subsequently missed, and Neymar was obviously annoyed at his team-mate's refusal to give him the chance from the spot.

The two of them fighting has just as much to do with personal as professional ego.

It was highly anticipated on the subject, obviously.

Alves added: "And also for your information, the last penalty kick for PSG was mine".

"I think it's a great idea", Emery told a press conference of the team meal.

Goalkeeper Ryan Meara stressed the importance of his side maintaining its focus, particularly after the Impact and Atlanta each picked up three points on Wednesday night. They have trained well this week. "Inter, Roma and Barcelona are keeping close tabs on Lucas, Manchester United want him", the agent, Luccas Badia, said. Whether or not that is right is not an argument we need to have now (it isn't, I know). There may have been some conversations during the match but there is harmony between them.

The PSG boss has backtracked on those comments, saying he will decide, though he refused to reveal who he has chosen.

Many who saw the video interpreted it as evidence of Neymar being immature, while others saw it as Cavani being egotistical since he's no longer the premier attacking option at the French club. Who is the second?

Ego's are the death of football.

This past summer Chelsea chased Fernando Llorente for the same role that Cavani could fill. "Here, a lot of players have responsibilities, because they have played big matches".

"Yeah, that's the thing, (our upcoming games) will make us move on from this", Meara said.
